What is Type F roof deck?
Type F steel roof deck is often used for repair and re-roofing projects. It features a higher strength-to-weight ratio than Type A roof deck, but lower than Type B. Type F’s smaller support spacing results in an increase in the number of supports needed, as the supports must be spaced closer together.
